Trainee Glass Processor
Full Time / Permanent
Location: North West London
Salary: £24k Per Annum
Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
Start: ASAP
Glass Processor required for a manufacturing business in North West London. This is a full time permanent position, joining a well established team, as the Glass Processor personal development is very important and you will be trained in every aspect of the service to delivery. You do not need any experience for this role, only a positive attitude to work and willingness to learn.
Role and Responsibilities of the Glass Processor:
Glass cutting and machine processing
Loading and unloading of vehicles
Measuring and checking glass sizes carefully
Cleaning of the workshop and maintenance of machinery
Adhering to health and safety at all times
Assisting in the transportation of goods, to and from customers and suppliers
Dealing with vehicle checks
Experience of the Glass Processor:
Must have a Full UK Driving License (experience driving a transit van desirable)
Solid customer service skills, important when dealing with customers and suppliers
Have an interest in the construction or a similar industry
Good organisation skills, with an eye for detail
Committed and reliable
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
