Office Angels are recruiting for a Temporary Team PA to join an Investment Company on a temporary basis for 3 - months whilst they recruit for a permanent replacement - this role could go temp - perm for the right candidate.

JOB ROLE: Temporary PA / Administrator to a team of Investors- 3 months

COMPANY: Investment - Financial Services - Private Equity - Professional Services

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday 35 hours / 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home (for the first few weeks you will be required to work 5 days in the office) 1 of the 3 office working days must be a Monday.

SALARY: £27.50 per hour - £50,000 per year

LOCATION: London, West End

Reporting to the Leadership Team my client is recruiting a Team Administrator you will provide administrative support for a team of investment professionals.

You will be joining a team of Administrators and will be providing a wide range of support to employees within the London office.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Scheduling and Coordinating meetings along with managing calendars including internal and external participants via Outlook
Managing complex international travel itineraries
Preparing monthly expense reports
Compiling, editing, and finalising agendas or presentations for meetings, as required
Greeting visitors and being the first point of contact for the team
Arranging catering for team meetings and events
Preparing meeting rooms (coffee making, ordering refreshments & food & clean up)
Supporting the planning and coordination of off site meetings and team events
Supporting recruiting efforts across the office e.g. helping to coordinate interviews and assessments
Working closely with HR and the business to support the on boarding of new employees
Other related duties as required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Proven previous Administrative Assistant experience in the financial services sector, including working with senior executives
Experience working in an International Office Environment would be an asset
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate in a concise way while providing enough information to facilitate decision making
Ability to independently build strong relationships and work well with others across all levels
Demonstrate initiative and pro activity
Ability to handle competing priorities, multi-task, and turn around urgent requests quickly
Strong customer-service orientation; a flexible 'can do' attitude
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a small team environment and work independently when required
Post-Secondary education is an asset
Flexibility and willingness to work outside of core hours when needed is essential
Ability to speak another language an advantage
