Job Role: Talent and Learning Administrator
Contract: This is a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
There is potential for this role (or another administrative position within HR) to be available on a permanent basis at the end of the 12 month FTC.
There is opportunity for hybrid working within this role with a mix of working from home, office-based location (as set out below) and a requirement to travel to other locations across the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire counties
Location: Chord Park, Godmanchester, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Days: Monday-Friday (Some weekend work may be required)
Core hours 37 hours per week; 09:00 - 17:00 (and there may be some flexibility depending on individual and organisational needed)
Salary: £22,593-£27,432 per annum depending on experience

The Talent and Learning Administrator will provide administrative and HR support across the BCH(Beds/Cambs/Herts) region.
Other key responsibilities will include:
To work as part of a team in developing the people development processes ensuring consistency in application and beneficial outcomes to the organisation and our people.
To collate and track people related information covering collation of skills information, sharing the right level of information with a range of stakeholders.
To monitor and track progress against action plans and summarise this in a simple way.
To work proactively with other Departments on any HR local or collaborated project or portfolio to assure and develop processes that support promotions and talent development.
To actively identify improvement in the administrative support for people development key processes.
What you will need:
Minimum educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
Any experience with any Microsoft Office 365 apps, such as MS Forms, Streams, Bookings and SharePoint.
You will be flexible and a team player, with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience working in a large or complex organisation /shared service environment.
Ability to coordinate lots of information and summarise key points to inform decision-making.
The post holder will be required to travel to different locations across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire for meetings and training development.
An administrative/customer service background or HR experience would be desirable.
Someone who is advanced with using IT software is highly advantageous
