The primary mission of all of our Sushi Chef's is to deliver great customer service by ensuring safe and high quality food is prepared, in a timely manner. You will help achieve this by performing various tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leading the preperation of food, following preperation timelines, organizing and cleaning the kitchen, completing stock takes as well as tasks outlined on paperwork and Coox systems.

Sushi Chef Qualities needed for job:
Advanced knife skills
Experience in cutting sashimi, nigiri, Salmon fillets
Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi rolling
Demonstrates a dedicated sense of service
Sushi Chef's that can work in a fast paced environment and roll quickly
Versatile and flexible in his/her approach
Has a high sense of team work
Sushi Chef with a meticulous with an eye for detail
