Sous Chef - Rosette Restaurant - Birmingham - 4 day working week - Sous Chef

We are working with one of the most prestigious restaurant in the city, who are looking for a Sous Chef for their stunning restaurant. This is part of a great company who not only pay well, but really do look after their team.

All the food is as you’d expect; fresh, seasonal and as local as can be. As Sous Chef you will be involved with everything to do with the kitchen and in return, be well looked after with a salary of £33,000 plus many perks. There is ongoing development and you will be working under a Michelin star head chef.

This restaurant really believes in training and progression so this is a must, we want someone who has a passion for developing junior chefs and making sure they have a great career within a good environment.

In return, as sous chef, you will receive a salary of £33,000 plus tips and a 4 day working week.
