Your pay rate as a Night Shift Supervisor will be £11.96 per hour
Typical hours as a Night Shift Supervisor:
You will be working from 02:30am until 11:00am, you will be working 4 to 5 nights a week and you must be available to work weekends
Your role as a Night Shift Supervisor includes:
Managing a group of Associates in duties and performance.
Motivating and guiding team members to achieve goals and create a positive environment during shifts
Communicating expectations to team members and disciplining where necessary
Tracking attendance and performance of Associates as per Company policy
Other duties as a Shift Supervisor may be included

You must have good communication both verbal and written
Computer skills required including Excel, Google Drive and Emails

Focus on supporting the delivery of exceptional service to meet the needs of the customer
Decision-making, motivation and goal-setting
Able to organise, plan & prioritise tasks to ensure full completion within shift durationLocation: Bournemouth, BH23 6NW.
