Service Manager required to join a well-known company based in Slough.
This role offers flexible (hybrid) working
Responsible for the service operation and you will manage a team of predominantly field based engineers with support of service coordinator.
Maintain and manage the scheduling of works through the planner/ scheduler and forecast future labour requirements on a monthly basis
Responsible for engineer productivity, asset upkeep, customer satisfaction, fleet spend/parts authorizations and engineer schedules.
Ensuring staff training is carried out in line with company guidelines, regulatory as well as employee requirements.
Assist with recruitment of additional service engineersRequirements:
3-5 years of experience in the related field
Organised and driven individual with previous management and leadership experience
Ability to motivate and organise engineering team and operations team whilst promoting good communication and performance with other team & customers alike
A focus on customer requirements and expectations with the ability to meet or exceed these from an individual and team perspective
Experiencing of supervising the work of others
