Lead Responsible Person

Location: On-site, North-West UK

Travel: Between multiple warehouse and manufacturing sites

Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across a dynamic pharmaceutical supply chain? We re looking for a Lead Responsible Person to oversee GDP standards and drive best practice across several key sites both new and established.

What you ll do:

• Act as the primary Responsible Person for multiple licensed facilities.
• Ensure full compliance with MHRA guidelines and GDP requirements.
• Lead audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to maintain robust quality systems.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory obligations and operational risk management.

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Responsible Person within a pharmaceutical environment end to end experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDP and MHRA requirements.
• Experience of controlled drugs is beneficial
• Excellent leadership and communication skills if you have people management that would be helpful but not essential if you have the appetite to take this on.
• Ability to travel between sites and work fully on-site.
