Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a public sector business in the Fylde Area who are currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator as part of Team of 4. They are looking for someone who has experience as a Senior Payroll Administrator with a strong understanding of legislation and the ability to process Payroll & Expenses.
Most Senior on the team - need to have strong knowledge
Full end to end Payroll for 1000 employees
Co-ordination of payroll up until BACS
EPS & SPS calculations
Deliver payroll, pensions and benefits within a large organisation.
Deliver monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay, benefits.
P45, P60's P45's P11d and Year-End Process.
Processing of Pension from Start to End.
Dealing with Attachment of Earnings and other deductions.
Provide payroll advice and complex query resolution.

Severaly years previous experience In Payroll administration
LGPS/Teachers pension - at least one is a must
Manipulation of data - excel
Vlook ups and Pivot tables
Excellent communicator as you will be answering queries
Up to date legislation knowledge
Deliver payroll, pensions and benefits within a large organisation
30 days annual leave (5 days directed leave over Christmas shutdown)
52 weeks a year
