Senior Enterprise Architect

Job Description:

1. The organization seeks a skilled Enterprise Architect to develop a comprehensive view of the retail ecosystem, focusing on Capability, Application, Technology, and Data Object perspectives.
2. The ideal candidate will prioritize expertise in Salesforce and SAP, which are central to our operational framework.
3. Immediate Deliverable: Your primary goal will be to create a blueprint of the enterprise landscape within the next two months.
4. We are looking for a proactive individual who can effectively influence stakeholders and foster alignment around the Enterprise Architecture vision.
5. Domain Expertise: Previous experience in the retail sector is crucial for this role.
6. Location Flexibility: While location is flexible, a preference for onsite engagement during the initial 2-3 months will enhance collaboration.

Technical Expertise:

• Proven expertise as an enterprise architect with a strong grasp of the TOGAF framework, covering business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.
• A minimum of 15 years of industry experience, including 5 to 7 years specifically in retail, particularly in supply chain and omni-channel sales.
• Exceptional structuring skills to illustrate complex ecosystems in an easily understandable visual format.
• Technical background in Salesforce, SAP (IBP, SuccessFactors, S4/Hana), and Microsoft technologies (Azure, O365, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.
