Our Thames Valley based client are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a talented team of Data Engineers.
You will be tasked with the following,
Prepare data from the core Snowflake data warehouse into the Snowflake staged areas for analytics modelling using Python, BI (in Power BI) and Campaigns (Dotdigital)
Own performance, integrity and updates of the database containing prospecting information
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines.
Maintain client files, campaign outcomes, consents, and suppression
To liaise with agencies to enable Digital First Party Cookie match
To export development platform changes to live
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:
Strong SQL and python skills, and a good understanding of the data warehousing market
Hands on but ability to interface at a senior level
Experience with Snowflake highly desirable, and Talend and Java/C desirable, though experiences with other platforms and tools considered
Experience with data integration tools
Demonstrable experience of database management and techniques - for example, SQL, Python
Knowledge of CRM processes and functionality
Demonstrable experience of data analytics platforms, for example Tableau, PowerBI
