ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to work with special educational needs (SEN) schools in Stourbridge and Dudley on a flexible and long-term basis. The schools we work with cater for students with a variety of special educational needs, such as autism spectrum and moderate learning difficulties.
About the role:
Help students with their education and learning alongside a class teacher.
Support students with autism spectrum condition, moderate learning difficulties, sensory impairments and various other SEN needs.
Work with students aged between 4 to 19 years old.
Full-time, part-time and flexible positions available.

To be considered for the SEN Support Worker position, you will:
Have previous experience working with children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
