We are looking for a Restaurant Manger for a small neighbourhood restaurant serving modern British fine dining cuisine 2 minutes from Herne Hill Station.
This would suit an innovative Restaurant Manager who can effectively coordinate both the wet and dry side of the restaurant. As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected lead your team by example performing duties that would be expected from your staff.
The successful Restaurant Manager will be responsible for complete customer satisfaction to the highest standards.
It will be your responsibility as Restaurant Manager to ensure your team are working at the same level as you.
General Responsibilities include:
To arrive for work smartly dressed appropriately in clean clothing well-groomed and presenting a professional appearance.
Be aware of the responsibility for operating within a COVID-19 context, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and operational cleanliness are followed.
To be proactive in maximising and monitoring sales and generating target-based revenue.
Work closely with the heads of departments to ensure the smooth running of business.
To help plan and implement revenue driving events.
