Our client undertakes both interior design and construction, with two divisional working collaboratively on the finest high end residential and luxury contracts. They specialise in refurbishment and alteration for properties in and around London and the Home Counties. Some of their projects include Eaton Square which is a design and build refurbishment, a multimillion refurbishment and restoration in Holland Park & a number of apartments in the Mayfair area.
About the Role:
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for a prime residential contract in Holland Park. Duties will include:
Sub-contractor tenders
Price Variations
Price site instructions, CVI s and Day work sheets
Value delays to the program
Submit Valuations
Periodically line up costs to check interim profitability.
Submit final accounts / Attend final account meetings as necessary
Chase retentions when due

About the benefits / rewards:
This position offers an excellent basic salary of between £60,000 - £80,000, or equivalent via your own Ltd company.
Requirements:
The Suitable candidate will have experience in Quantity Surveying prestigious high end refurbishments. A degree in commercial management / Quantity Surveying or similar will be required. It would also be desirable if you are a 1 hour commute to SW London
