Working for an ever evolving business in the heart of Crewe, a rare opportunity has arisen to join a business who are looking for a Purchase ledger clerk to join their busy accounts team.

Offering generous benefits and incentive schemes along with a friendly, rewarding culture, my client is hiring for a 15 month contract where you will be responsible for the accounts payable function across various countries.

Key duties include:

Responsible for inputting invoices
Matching invoices to orders accurately
Obtaining invoice authorisation from senior management
Processing weekly payment runs
Assisting with the processing of daily trade invoices
Dealing with direct supplier queries and queries
Processing employee expense claims
Processing invoices in the internal system
General filing, scanning, and clerical duties
Assisting with the month end process as requiredThe successful candidate will possess relevant ledger skills with the ability to process high volume invoices in a fast paced accounts team.
