Due to expansion, one of our clients is looking to recruit a Performance Manager for their Engineering Apprenticeships provision.
Our client is a training provider who delivers Apprenticeships in Catering & Hospitality, Engineering, Retail, Travel, Accounts, Management, Business & Professional, Project Management, Dental, Childcare, Care, Administration and Customer Service.
The role is to:
Develop a team of Business Development and Learning & Development Tutors to achieve outstanding results across all their Key Business Goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
Analyse data to identify areas of strength and weakness.
Produce quality improvement plans to address areas of weakness immediately.
Conduct incisive performance management.
Identify areas for growth and plan strategically how to achieve this.
Conduct comprehensive profit and loss meetings with the Managing Director. Work with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure success rate targets are met.
An Engineering qualification/knowledge and experience is essential as is experience of ESFA Funding / Apprenticeship delivery.
