Pastry Chef - 34,000 – creative & innovative cuisine -Throughout the year this contemporary restaurant has gone from strength to strength and as a result, need to recruit a talented Pastry Chef to take over the day to day running of the section.There is an excellent Head Chef and they are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef who can work closely with them to create an enticing dessert menu for both the restaurant and the variety of functions.With a brigade of 12 chefs they prepare some exciting and innovative British cuisine.They make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and this is all sourced as locally as possible.The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they also have a couple of function rooms for private parties, dinners and weddings. So, it is a very busy establishment where no two days will be the same.The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high volume, professional kitchen where they prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine to a very high standard. As Pastry Chef you will have full control of the section, overseeing two Pastry Chef de Parties.
