What you will do:

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
• Reactive Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime.
• Installation & Modifications: Assist with installing new machinery and modifying existing equipment.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations and ensure HACCP, GMP compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate performance reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with teams to address issues and optimize machinery performance.
• Training: Train staff and junior engineers on equipment and safety procedures.
