Your Role: As a Motor Fraud Solicitor/CILEx, you’ll take charge of your own caseload of suspected fraudulent claims, including low velocity impact, staged incidents, and exaggerated claims. Your experience will determine the complexity and value of the files you handle, which may range from small and fast-track claims to multi-track level cases. You may also have the opportunity to assist with more complex files.

What We’re Looking For: You are a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, though those qualified by experience are also invited to apply. Essential is your previous experience managing motor fraud files. We welcome applicants from both claimant and defendant backgrounds.
