We're on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Administrator to join our well-established client in Bracknell to start on a 12-month fixed term contract with possible extension.
About the role:
As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Contributing expertise to the design and development of campaign workflows by the Campaign Architects / Marketers
• Build, activate and manage complex automated campaigns
• Implement content and assets within the platform to support emails, landing pages, forms and complex segmentation to meet business demand
• Develop email and landing page templates to optimise campaign performance
• Set up and distribute reporting for complex campaigns using Eloqua Insight
• Create and manage complex forms hosted in Eloqua landing pages (such as lead generating or progressive profiling forms)
• Complete full testing of all assets and campaigns according to EMEA processes
• Stay current on functionality and releases as communicated by the EMEA Marketing Operations team, ensuring messages fully understood by aligned (Junior) Campaign Developers
• Complete training delivered by Oracle/Eloqua and participate in any Super User meetings to increase platform expertise
• Validate any platform issues or requirements received from the (Junior) Campaign Developers, communicating in a timely manner to the EMEA Marketing Operations team for action
• Support the development of EMEA wide campaigns and introduce sophisticated Marketing Automation thinking and terminology to the design and implementation of campaigns.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will be confident and have experience creating and managing day-to-day marketing campaigns, be a team player as well as the initiative to work independently. Additional skills and qualities include:
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge in CSS, JavaScript and Salesforce are of advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates ability to manage concurrent projects
• High degree of accuracy and ability to work at a detailed level daily
• Highly organised, good time management skills
• Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, business process development and problem solving skills
• Experience of working and influencing in a multi-national organisation
