A fantastic opportunity and position for a Logistics Administrator to join a great company based locally to Woking, the key element of this role is to support an elite client base in professional, consultative and proactive approach! You will and be responsible for all clients orders and the fulfilment of their orders.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

Acting as main point of contact for specific key accounts

Obtain relevant forecasts from selected customers

Communicate internal forecasts with colleagues

Organises and maintain corporate contracts as well as updating price lists

Maintain and manage the CRM system ensuring customers Customer details are up to date

Deal with customer queries and resolve issues when necessary

Using internal system to track, update and modify customer orders

Update inventory status to ensure customers are satisfied

Forecast customer to deliveries to ensure customers are kept informed

Update clients on deliveries working to specific time frames

Ensure that the company is compliant with supply agreements

Deal with Supply Chain processes, order processing and deliveries

Liaising with Couriers on shipments updates

Report analysis

Ad hoc projects as and when required

Skills and experience required:

2 - 3 years + experience
Previous Logistics/client management experience
A brilliant proactive approach to work

Excellent communication skills
