Working closely with their customer service, commercial, brand & marketing and development teams, you and your team will identify what really impresses their customers. Combined with your visionary mind, knowledge of digital innovations and solid research you will translate this into a product strategy, develop the digital roadmap, and guide new features from design through to launch.

Lead and manage customer research, user experience design and product management teams
Develop and execute digital product strategy for all customer facing digital channels
Develop and own the roadmaps for digital products
Keep abreast of current trends in digital marketing and e-commerce
Own the customer experience in the digital channels and develop the most customer centric experiences through rigorous user testing and A/B-MVT
Initiate and oversee the end to end delivery of new digital products from inception to customer launch
Engage with white label partners to support their digital growth through platforms
Engage with platform partners to enable required feature deliveries for customer journeys
Establish effective tracking of digital user experience; continuously review channel performance and identify ways to optimise and improve through data, customer feedback and user testing
Troubleshoot and work with developers to identify opportunities for improvement of online user experience
Own end to end view of customer journeys - identify key touchpoints, pain points & opportunities to improve inline with business objectives
Marketing / Digital
Successful track record in product management
Experience working hands on with cross-functional squads of engineers, designers and analysts to deliver against a product strategy and vision and manage the full development life cycle end-to-end
High level of knowledge across all Digital Marketing products (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, Content, Analytics)
Passionate about user-centred design and solving problems with great design
Solid knowledge of key digital trends and innovation relevant for the job
Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex processes and systems to a non-technical audience
Ability to work autonomously and remotely
Strong execution skills and can successfully drive cross functional teams
Degree in computer science, business or design preferred
