What is offered for the Junior Sous Chef
-Salary is £13.5/h for 45 hours/week. Overtime paid, approximately £3,000 per year-5 days/week, 2 off, around 50h/week-Duty meals-Extensive training and career progression within a fast-growing hospitality group
-28 days paid holiday - The restaurant is closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period

Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
