Brewster Partners are delighted to be recruiting for a IT Project Coordinator for a market leading engineering company.

The Technical Project Coordinator will be expected to work on multiple projects concurrently and therefore must be capable of prioritising their own workload and challenging others where project delivery is at risk. The Technical Project Coordinator should be capable of understanding software requirements and discussing these requirements with technical staff and non-technical customers as well as assisting with the creation of development work tasks.


Maintain software production schedules
Report on project schedules
Supply regular summarised project reports to Management
Bridge the gaps between the technical teams and non-technical internal and client representatives
Monitor actions and check actions are completed on time
Maintain technical documentation for products, including build guides and configuration guides
Owning actions, following up on actions of others
Create and maintain project technical documentation
Assist with the co-ordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Chase client project dependencies
Identify technical issues and raise to leadership
Keep track of development work schedule and priorities
Assist with the translation of specifications into work packages
Be a customer ambassador, challenge the approach if not in line with scope / expectations
Be a business ambassador, manage customer expectations and prevent scope creep
Identify project variance opportunities, initiate a customer sales conversation, and adjust timelines as appropriate
Prepare and execute handover activities to transition from project phase to BAU


Experience of working within an Agile SCRUM environment would be advantageous
A good understanding of technology, software and IT, able to pick up the terminology, be tech savvy and be interested in IT / software and development
Comfortable working and liaising with the technical teams
