As part of continued growth across Global Infrastructure, they are now in process of expanding their desktop support environment in their Leicester offices.
As such, they are keen to appoint an IT Desktop Support Analyst, paying a salary range of £23,000 to £27,000 plus bonus and benefits.
As an IT Desktop Support Analyst, you will help support the technical infrastructure, whilst working with end users. You will ensure the upkeep of system performance and troubleshooting incidents. Providing both escalation and fault resolution.
IT Desktop Support Analyst: Responsibilities
- Provide hands on IT technical support
- Manage 2nd and 3rd line support of incidents across desktop
- Troubleshoot wireless and LAN issues
- Support: PC, Thin Clients, Laptops, Tablets
- Manage assigned incidents
- Follow change management process
- Experience of supporting a multi-site environment
IT Desktop Support Analyst: Experience
Experience in any of the following areas:
- MS Windows 7/10
- MS Office 365
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- MS Active Directory
- Citrix XenApp (basic support)
- Citrix ShareFile
- Cisco WAN/LAN.WLAN
- PC, Laptop endpoint and Thin Client
