What will your day look like
Handling incoming calls dealing with a variety of customer queries
Offering knowledge on the full range of my clients products, ensuring FCA compliance
Accurately recording and amending customer details
Providing innovative solutions to customer queries
Owning a problem and taking responsibility to resolve it
Required skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems and information screens whilst talking to our customers
Clear, confident and polite telephone manner
