Are you a CIPD or part qualified HR advisor looking for a varied role where you you can fully utilise your HR generalist skills?
You may have worked for a small to medium sized company or been in a small team where you have dealt with everything from HR Admin, recruitment to Performance Management and Grievances.
Our client is looking for candidates who have excellent organisational skills, are proactive and happy to work on their own initiative as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be used to dealing with different work cultures and supporting line managers with day to day issues and advice as well as co-ordination of the appraisal process, HR briefings and ad-hoc training.
Whilst this is a part-time role 4 days a week, our client will need some flexiblity with days/hours if there is a particular deadline, recruitment drive or project that needs completing.
There will also be some travel to other UK offices which may require overnight stays on occasions.
£28k - £30k for 4 days a week (£35k - £38k FTE) with excellent benefits.
