Morson are proud to be exclusively representing our Manchester based telecoms client in their search for an ambitious and hardworking HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR Administrator would join a small, friendly team reporting into the HR Manager and would benefit from plenty of on-the-job training opportunities as well as the potential to be put their CIPD qualification.

The HR Administrator would be the first point of contact for employees and management and would provide general advice and queries face to face and by phone, email on company policy and procedure. The HR Administrator would be required to provide administrative support to the HR Department, assisting on all people procedures and providing an exceptional service to employees and internal stakeholders, as well as the below duties:

Monitoring and responding to emails in the HR inbox daily
Processing employee paperwork, such as new starter documents and contracts and processing leavers
Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity
Updating and recording all employee data on the HR system
Ensuring that all sickness and absences are tracked and managed in line with company triggers
General administration duties in line with scanning, filing employee paperwork
Managing all recruitment checks with accuracy and efficiency i.e., DBS Checks.To succeed in this role strong administration skills and a genuine passion for HR are required, along with an ability to deliver a first-class service, exceed expectations and drive your own personal development. Further skills/attributes required are:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to flourish in both a team and working individually to deliver exceptional results.
Previous experience in a HR Administration role or similar and/ or a CIPD level 3 or above however, this is not essential
Able to use Microsoft Office suite to a high standard
Organised individual
