A diverse, sustainable, start-up skincare brand requires a Head of Digital Marketing / Ecommerce to develop and implement the strategy to drive ambitious direct to consumer sales.
Reporting into the Founders, you will be hands-on, agile and able to work at a fast pace while remaining slightly authoritative, fun and curious in your tone of voice.
Your initial goal will be to increase traffic to the site, sales and customer retention; while working with the Social Media Manager and freelance copywriters to tie the editorial content together.
Once settled, there will be the opportunity to grow an ambassador program and put some of your visions into practice.
