You will have a food safety background and can back this up with qualifications to level 4 NVQ in food hygiene and safety
Knowledge of HACCP procedures within kitchen operations
Organised and pro-active in your approach to work
Experience of managing multiple sites with regular travelling.The Package
Up to £35,000 per annum
25 days holiday
Monday - Friday roleThe Location
London, Home Counties, South East
Sites situated around these areas and up towards the midlands so any location considered above.
