The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring maximise sales and profitability in F&B Outlets by demonstrating great customer service, team support, and dedication to your profession.
As F&B Supervisor your key responsibilities include:
1.To assist and support the Operations Manager in creating an environment, which promotes staff morale, encouraging the Team to show pride in their work and to use their skills and attitude to provide highest standards of service thus ensuring maximum efficiency.
2.To consistently strive for innovation and creativity in product and service, that will increase volume and maximise sales and profitability and provide consistent quality service in the F&B outlets.
3.To assist in creating and maintain a Guest History Database, including names, birthdays, preferred tables, usual drinks, contact details etc.
4.To deal effectively with any complaint and, if it cannot be dealt with, to report the complaint to manager in charge at the time.
5.To follow all procedures in the department SOP Manual.
6.To be fully aware of the daily special, a la carte, apéritif and other items that can be sold in F&B outlets and demonstrate up-to-date job knowledge of new beverages and cocktails, while sharing this knowledge with the rest of the Team.

3. Ideally you will have past experience in a similar role.
