Our client is looking for an Endoscopy Practitioner to join their department, who are JAG accredited. The hospital has dedicated endoscopy facilities that include a procedure room, a four-bay recovery area, and consulting room. Our client offers endoscopic procedures under sedation or Entonox with a specialist team of private consultants, endoscopy practitioners and medical staff, as well as using the latest equipment.

Located in Manchester, this is a full-time role with a flexible shifts available between Monday -Saturday, 8am - 6.30pm. Our client is also open to considering applications of nurses who would like to work 4 days a week. The Hospital also has fantastic transport links and also offers free parking.

The successful candidate will put patient care at the heart of everything they do and as a qualified practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration they will use their skills and knowledge to work well within a team, adopting a flexible and collaborative approach at all times.

Candidates will be keen to learn and develop new skills and continue to grow their career and applications are welcome from either Nurses or ODP's.

Desired skills and experience:

Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
Basic and advanced Competence / qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination
Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination
Teaching / Assessing / mentorship qualifications Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies (Care Quality Commission, GRS, JAG,
HTM 01 -06
Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
Caring and Professional nature
