What You Need For This Role:
Adhere to good / best practice
Have effective workload / triage / time-management and great customer service skills
Strong people skills
Good working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, networking and incident management skills
Experience using Servicenow
As Desktop Support Engineer, you will be reporting to the IT Service-Desk Manager and will be working as part of the 24/7 team of highly skilled first and second line support engineers. You will be providing technical support to the technology-enabled workforce within the company. There is an opportunity for you to be involved in projects and potential overseas travel, working as a team to create memories for valued customers.
