About the Role
As a customer Success Executive your role is to support the Customer Success Managers and the clients by building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring they only receive a premium level of service and maximising ongoing client retention.
Utilising email, telephone and live chat channels, you will respond to client queries as well as work with the Customer Success Manager to pre-empt and avoid and client dissatisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities
Support the Customer Success Manager with building and maintaining relationships with the customers.
Assisting the Customer Success Manager when training, mentoring and managing customers on their usage of the platform.
Provide support to clients via phone, email and live chat.
Required Skills and Experience
This is an entry-level position which requires an ambitious self-starter who is not afraid to speak to clients.
Previous client facing experience (Ideally in B2B and SaaS)
Excellent communication skill
Ability to work well in a team environment
Self-motivated, with the desire to succeed
Up to £24k basic - £35k OTE
Hybrid working - 1 day a week in the office based in central Bath.
This is an open-ended role with the room to develop and grow with the business.
