Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid)
Job Type: 12-Month FTC
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: Role will be shift based across a 40-hour week, 8am-7pm, 9-1 on a Saturday. Saturdays are worked from home on a rotational basis - 1in 3 or 1 in 4.

Strong Administration experience
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Telephone customer service experience
Respond to enquires over telephone, email and live chat
Process membership and applications on behalf of customers
Handling renewals and compliance
Credit control when required
