Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a house builder in the Middlesbrough area.
This is a full and permanent position.
Liaise with customers after they have moved into their new home to coordinate any post-occupation issues that may arise
Effective liaison with our customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and in-house Customer Care Operatives is essential to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner and to the complete satisfaction of the homeowner
The successful candidate must have good IT skills and a good understanding of English
The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in a customer service environment. Experience in the volume housebuilding sector would be of benefit but is not essential.
The ability to confidently communicate with people by telephone and email in a professional manner is crucial to the role
All customer care activity is recorded on the company's software system for which full training will be provided
HNC in a Building or Customer Care subject is desirable
