Our client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor for dedicated contact for each of their customers providing a complete end to end service. The Customer Care Advisor is allocated an equal percentage of the current "Live" database as well as incoming leads ensuring the very best service and encouraging customer trust and retention. You will need to ensure that both compliance and exceptional customer care are at the heart of everything you do.
Duties of the role
Registration of new customers on the telephone
Maintaining customer satisfaction
Answering customer general queries
Delivery of Key Milestone Comms
Employee Retention
New Business Partner on boarding
Support Compliance Activities
Ensuring the very best possible conversion of leads to active customers
Experience Requirements
Experience in a Customer Service Role for at least 2 Years
Experience of working in a high-speed office environment
Experience of working in a contact centre environment, i.e. High volume calls
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary
£20,000
