Overview

TalentFish is excited to seek a motivated CLM Analyst/Architect for a dynamic 2-year permanent contract role. In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the configuration and support for essential enterprise systems within the legal and procurement sectors. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify and resolve system challenges, lead innovative design projects, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement effective technical solutions.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

  • Deep expertise in configuring ERP systems, especially in financial and procurement modules.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Experience with legal management tools, including solutions for contract management and compliance.
  • Proficient in advanced spreadsheet functions and reporting tools like PowerBI.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring ERP systems (preferably Workday).
  • At least 3 years managing or administering cloud-based solutions within an enterprise framework.

What You'll Do (Skills You'll Use in this Position)

  • Provide system support by collaborating with business units to understand their daily needs; troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Engage in project design by comprehensively understanding current business processes and data flows, finalizing technical requirements to align with business goals.
  • Oversee and mentor a direct report, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within established timelines, particularly in safety and environmental technology contexts.
  • Configure system elements such as rules, fields, and workflows to adapt to evolving business requirements; coordinate with other technical architects to manage cross-functional system issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources, facilitating the implementation of solutions that extend beyond immediate focus areas.
  • Conduct pre-release testing to guarantee that solutions meet expectations and are free of bugs prior to launch.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing by developing test cases covering both positive scenarios and potential system regressions.
  • Manage system releases and updates for core legal systems, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding the impact of system changes on business workflows and recommend optimal courses of action.
