Your Role:

• Review construction plans and determine quantity requirements.
• Analyze subcontractor estimates and material costs to ensure value.
• Engage with the project team, clients, and subcontractors consistently.
• Produce detailed reports, conduct contract analyses, and assess budgets and commercial risks.
• Advise management and clients on enhancement strategies for projects.
• Document changes in design while updating relevant budgets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with comprehensive construction knowledge.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and a critical approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer:

This is a 1-year contract role with an attractive daily rate ranging from £300 to £400.
