The restaurant is chic and beautifully decorated, creating an air of luxury for customers to breathe in as they sample the exquisite modern British cuisine available on the gastronomic tasting menus.
All produce is locally sourced and only the finest ingredients and there is private dining available.
The restaurant offers 30 Covers in an elegant setting; providing a courteous and attentive service, excellent cuisine and palate tingling wines to perfectly partner each dish.
They are now looking for a passionate Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie with a fresh food background to complete the brigade in their multi award winning kitchen.
As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:
Have experience of working within a professional kitchen
Have a genuine passion for food
Be wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
As Chef de Partie you will:
Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Ensure your section is running to the correct standard
Be responsible for the training and motivation of junior members of the team
Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
Be experienced in running your own section
