We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join us at The Londoner to work alongside our very talented kitchen brigade at our Destination Restaurant.
An Amazing opportunity to join our Londoner pre-opening team as a Commis Chef. You will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the menu for our destination restaurant that will be offering food of a multi rosette standard.
This role comes with excellent training and fast track career progression.
Ensure a high level of food is always executed across your section.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.
Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal goals.
