Leader Health and Social Care are supporting a fantastic organisation to find Support Workers for Children's residential services.
You do not need to have any previous experience of working with children as long as you have transferable skills!
A caring nature, patience and sense of humour are essential.
This is a fantastic role with a highly regarded organisation who excel in providing outstanding children's services.
The role involves working shifts and will include sleep over shifts (on average 4-8 per month). Night shifts are also required at least once a month.
Your role will be different every day and may include supporting children and young people to make meals, become independent, build confidence, support with school activities and general health and welfare activities. You will be working alongside other team members performing one-to-one support work for children with complex needs and those who are at risk of sexual exploitation.
