A long-term temporary project in Aberdeen
The role will involve supervision of direct electrical labour and contractors and undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks . This includes the issue of risk assessments, method statements and work orders, and carrying out all tasks with regard to health and safety legislation.
This willl involve, smoke detector and alarms installation within citywide domestice properties.
Minimum requirement of:
An understanding of building regs
An understanding of construction industry practices
Experience of writing reports
Experience of managing a team
Full UK driving licence
Experience in running contracts
Health and safety awareness
Pay and benefits include:-
- £19.50ph PAYE.
- Holidays accrued separately from your pay.
- Pension contributions.
- 37 hours per week.
- Ongoing contract.
This is a PAYE contract, where you accrue holidays separately from your wages at 28 days p.a. pro-rata and contributions are made towards your pension as per current legislation
