Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos that elevate brand engagement and drive conversions across various digital platforms.
• Capture breathtaking studio footage showcasing our products in action, highlighting textures, finishes, and application techniques.
• Master the art of product storytelling through video by perfecting lighting, color balance, and the overall visual experience.
• Take existing footage and create compelling ads that deliver results by using savvy editing techniques, including varied crops and engaging text overlays.
• Contribute to the development of a unique visual language for product launches, crafting content ranging from awareness pieces to in-depth tutorials.
• Collaborate with brand and channel teams to optimize video performance based on analytics and audience feedback.
• Maintain organized file management and shared folders, ensuring a smooth workflow from raw footage to final assets.
• Assist with large-scale shoots as needed, providing support on gear setup and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Explore and implement AI tools to enhance content output and innovate motion effects where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in video content creation for digital channels with a portfolio showcasing your expertise. Preference will be given to those with in-house experience in the beauty industry.
• Proficient in operating professional cameras and high-end smartphones, capturing beauty products with impeccable framing, focus, and lighting.
• Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring polished final products with seamless transitions and clear audio.
• Experience adding captions, text overlays, and lower-thirds with a willingness to explore motion graphics or After Effects in the future.
• Competence in capturing clean audio using lavalier, wireless, or shotgun mics, and adept in post-production audio enhancements.
