We are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant who enjoys a range of bookkeeping duties such as purchase and sales ledger, credit control, VAT returns, year end management accounts and providing accurate management information to Directors. You will also be involved in payroll and commission calculations and general finance administration.
Recording of purchase and sales invoices
Posting of receipts and payments, daily online banking, credit control
Reconciliation of ledgers and bank statement reconciliation, cash flow monitoring
Completing monthly VAT returns
Preparation of management accounts
Payroll, including commission, pension and expenses calculations
Management information reporting We are looking for an experienced, all-round accounts professional or bookkeeper, ideally with a degree or equivalent in Accounting. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, have excellent attention to detail, with strong communication skills and be able to work as a team and on your own initiative.
