Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business who have been operating over 65 years, a national Building Services/Facilities Management provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Who currently employ over 750 staff and have a turnover in excess of £165m. Due to growth my client is looking for an experience admin person to join their busy established team in the Nuneaton Area.
The role will consist of:
Controlling the orders from the Client utilising Vixen
Creating job files on the ECM
Passing jobs to the relevant Engineers or Sub-contractors
Chase missing paperwork up from direct labour force or sub-contractors using the weekly error report
Scan in any manual paperwork the operatives hand in to the office - WAR s, delivery notes ready for the invoicing team
Pass technical queries from Operatives that you cannot deal with to the relevant Contracts Engineers
Take calls from clients, suppliers and Operatives
Offer administration support to Contracts Engineers, Projects Engineers, Office Manager and Operations Manager
Schedule in reactive works - 5 and 20 Day responses
Complete to do list for the following day
Assist the Operations Manager with sub-contractor quotes
Assist the Operations Manager with the Fixed Wire Service Paperwork and closing the jobs down
