Location: Gateshead, based in a very modern and spacious environment
Salary: Circa £22,000 - £26,000, negotiable depending on experience.

As Administrator, you will be joining a very busy team of professionals, who are responsible for the delivery and ongoing maintenance of admin duties. Day to day duties will be to deliver accurate and comprehensive admin support, research, analysis and suitability reports and demonstrating a care for consumers.
The role will require you to work on your own initiative but also as part of a wider team, where you should demonstrate personal responsibility and accuracy in the execution of your duties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate
Responsible for Administrative support to financial advisers and wider organisation
First line communication for advisers, clients, scheme administrators and trustees
Undertake client portfolio research and provide relative analysis to advisers
Carry out detailed research, suitability checks and analysis
Scan and record client files to the back-office system in line with business standards
Provide support and correspondence to clients, product providers etc. via telephone and email
Manage workflow and diary entries to an efficient standard, in line with expectations
Liaise with advisers and other staff members in respect of business and client related issues
Provide typing support to senior managers and other regulated associates
Maintain business records and ensure regular back up of data to protect business integrity
Type and send suitability letters on behalf of advisers
Any other duties as requested by senior managementSkills & Qualifications:
Word Processing and use of Microsoft Office suite
Good standard of written & verbal communication

Ability to manage own workload and be self-motivated
