An opportunity has arisen to join their expansive sales-force as an Account Manager covering south west London. Within in this field based Account Manager position, you will have responsibility for managing and develop existing clients whilst developing new business opportunities ensuring the company's market leading position is maintained. You will be expected to achieve your own individual sales targets whilst meeting key customer needs and achieving fantastic customer service levels.
Furthermore, you will manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customer's needs are recognised and met. You'll establish customer agreements and ensure that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met.
You'll represent the company's brand image and values through the work you do demonstrating the behaviours that reflects the incredible high standards the company maintains.
In this role, you will have full autonomy of your own diary so, great organisational skills are key. They are a people business so ultimately you must be sociable, personable, friendly and a great communicator along with having a passionate, can do attitude so, therefore you must be self-motivated, money-motivated and driven to succeed.
A minimum of 1-2 years field sales experience in a consultative selling environment within the service industry is required.
On offer is a basic salary of £28 - £31,000 basic salary, a realistic year one OTE of £15,000 OTE, company car, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension and further peripheral company benefits
