Property Development Business - 1st Line Support - Up to £25,000
I'm working with a forward thinking property development company who have a new opportunity within their Infrastructure team. From the early 80's until now, this company has grown into a market leader who span across residential, commercial and community real estate. Working as their 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the face of IT issue resolutions to their 200 people user-base.
Working alongside the IT Manager, the company have a proven track record of upskilling and developing internal staff. IT has the strongest retention across all business units and they are keen to have someone with them who resonates with the long term vision.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience with:
- A similar role - 1st Line/Helpdesk Support
- Any ITSM tool (ServiceNow desirable)
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers & vendors
- IT Administration (Purchase orders, ordering IT equipment etc)
- ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4)
